The Communist Party of China (CPC) is a party that places particular emphasis on theoretical and ideological debates. The Reform and Opening-Up has undergone several major policy adjustments, and prior to these adjustments, debates emerged among various groups such as the Old Leftists, neo-conservatives, New Leftists, liberals, neo-statists, and popular nationalists. The adjustments of political direction of the Reform and Opening-Up sought compromises within these debates. In other words, ideological shifts typically preceded changes in political direction. For example, towards the end of Jiang Zemin's era, elite groups began to consider shifting the focus from economic development to a path of coordinated development of the economy and society as the center. This transition indicated that economic development was no longer the absolute priority. This shift set the tone for the political agenda of Hu Jintao's administration. However, at that time, few perceived that deviating from a purely economic-centered path meant that economic affairs would no longer be the top priority. The Xi Jinping administration has continued along the path set by Hu Jintao, but with a notable difference: the coordinated development of the economy and society has given way to regime security as the primary concern. To grasp the complexities of the Xi Jinping era, one must look into Xi's predecessors, as the Xi era did not emerge through a sudden rupture or discontinuity.

As a European, supporting Elon and X isn't always easy with the media constantly trashing him and X with their nonsense. Prepping my family Christmas dinner speech to set the record straight. Here are my notes for my fellow Europeans. - Most of you rely on legacy media and haven’t actually listened to a long-form conversation with Musk. If you had, you’d know he’s not the “creepy billionaire” you’ve been led to believe he is. He’s trying to understand the universe, the meaning of life, and what’s really going on. - Elon values truth and honesty. He strives to be as truthful as possible. If you stop listening to what the media says about him and start paying attention to what he actually says, you’ll see this too. - His bigger goal? Transitioning humanity into a multiplanetary civilization to extend the lifespan of consciousness. Why? To give us enough time to figure out the answers to the big questions. Now about X: - Free speech is the cornerstone of a functioning democracy. Open dialogue lets us share ideas, critique governments, and hold power accountable. X brought this back when it was slipping away faster than ever. It’s the single biggest recent contribution to democracy. How can you not agree with that? - “But people spread fake news on X!” --> COMMUNITY NOTES! It’s shocking how many people still don’t know about this. Community Notes is an open-sourced tool that adds context to potentially misleading posts. Notes are rated for helpfulness by contributors with diverse viewpoints, ensuring objectivity and broad agreement. No one is immune to it, not even Elon. It’s a proof point that X truly aspires to truth. - Community Notes is the most powerful tool to combat fake news on social media, a massive societal challenge. So why isn’t your friend Mark Zuckerberg rolling this out across all his platforms immediately? Or why isn't he open-sourcing the home feed algorithm like X did? A misunderstood innovator: - Say what you want about him, but Elon gets things done. He built the first successful reusable rockets with SpaceX, revolutionized electric vehicles with Tesla, and is pushing solar energy. People doubted him every step of the way, but he consistently delivered on what most thought was impossible. - He's motivated by challenges, not money: unlike most billionaires, Elon reinvests the majority of his wealth into solving problems like sustainable energy, space colonization, and AI safety. He doesn’t even live in a mansion, he rents a small house near SpaceX. Broader context: - The media hates him: Musk is a disruptor. Legacy institutions (media included) don’t like losing control, so they demonize him. The backlash against Musk is a reflection of these power struggles. - X challenges monopolies: Social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok operate as monopolies with little pushback. X is forcing them to innovate or become obsolete. - Cultural shifts: X represents a shift away from performative “safe” spaces to real, open conversations. That’s uncomfortable for some but necessary for progress. Enjoy your Christmas dinners! :)

you don’t fix the declining birth rate with subsidies or financial incentives. the “kids are too expensive” argument is a convenient cope. people claiming they can’t afford children are usually rationalizing deeper issues: they just don’t want them. having children is as expensive as you choose to make it, and for all of human history, people with far fewer resources managed to raise families. the problem isn’t financial; it’s cultural. we live in a society that has systematically psyopped and brainwashed people into believing children are a burden, not a blessing. women are told that motherhood is a sacrifice and a hindrance to their career, as if chasing corporate promotions or vanity metrics is more meaningful than creating life. men are infantilized and taught to fear responsibility. worst of all, we’ve cultivated a nihilistic worldview that makes people see no point in building a future. the solution starts with changing the culture. we need to instill pride in people: pride in their ancestry, their legacy, and the future they could create. optimism about what’s to come has to replace the relentless doomscrolling of modernity. kids aren’t just an "expense"; they’re the greatest investment a human can make, and we need to start celebrating that. in the short term, the most realistic strategy is doubling down on those who already value family. focus on motivating families with 2-3 kids to have one or two more. it's much easier to expand a family than to convince couples to start from scratch when they've been ideologically poisoned against the idea. finally, we need to stop glorifying the miserable, atomized single life and the media narratives that turn parenthood into a joke or tragedy. yes, parenting is hard, but everything worth doing is. the joy and purpose it gives far outweigh the sacrifices. once we get that cultural shift rolling, the financial complaints will fade away like the convenient excuses they always were

To improve the TRUE economy, which is output of useful products & services, we need to shift people from low to negative productivity jobs in government to high productivity jobs in the private sector! This is what really matters at a fundamental level.
