In a huge boost for Bharat’s tourism sector, our govt led by PM Shri @narendramodi has today approved 40 projects across 23 states under the Special Assistance to States/Union Territories for Capital Investment (SASCI) scheme, to develop iconic tourist centers to global standards.
These projects, worth ₹3,295.76 crore will foster local economies and create employment through sustainable tourism.
From decongesting popular sites, integrating advanced technologies, promoting sustainable practices, to encouraging public-private partnerships to enhance infrastructure and visitor experiences, a host of measures will be undertaken to ensure a world-class experience for everyone who wishes to soak in Bharat’s natural, cultural and historic grandeur.

A memorandum of understanding was signed on November 15 by Taoyuan International Airport Corp (TIAC) chairman Yang Wei-fuu and Kyushu Kumamoto International Airport Co president Hideaki Yamakawa. In the future, both parties will share operational know-how, exchange passenger experiences, and collaborate on safety planning. Both sides will also jointly promote tourism and commercial routes, further elevating exchanges between Taiwan and Japan🔥.

The 2025 “Xinjiang Is a Nice Place” Cultural and Tourism Promotion Event was held at the China Cultural Center in Paris. The event featured a fashion show blending home lifestyle designs, silk and wool Atlas textiles dyed with traditional Osman techniques, and garments inspired by Atlas patterns recreated through Zhang embroidery (an intangible culture heritage from SE China’s Fujian Province dating back to more than 1,000 years ago) , highlighting the charm of Xinjiang’s local brands and intangible heritage.
