🍜 At the noodle restaurants in Mangshi City of Yunnan, you can choose from a variety of rice noodles, such as Er Si, Erkuai and Mixian (different types of rice noodles).
😋 The most exciting part is the condiment bar, where there are more than ten types of chili peppers, herbs, dips, and seasonings... It might be overwhelming for first-timers, as it takes some time to mix and match your own flavors.
🤩 It can be said that in the same shop, you can create thousands of flavor combinations, and no two bowls of noodles will taste exactly the same!
