到目前为止还没看到朝鲜跟伊朗是否有发表声明“谴责”乌克兰攻击俄国本土。 朝鲜态度值得玩味。该国才跟俄国签署互防协议，面对乌克兰新攻势，平壤方面却没有表示。朝鲜的回应大概率会像“集安组织”成员国一样，不会履行保护俄国义务。 跟苏/俄签署的条约或协议，多少都有这种一签署就作废的性质。
