2018年以来，中国虽然強烈反对脱钩和去风险化，但中国自己也在主动进行去风险化，只不过这种政策是放在“总体国家安全观”之下，以“双循环”名义进行包装。 也就是说，中国虽然強烈反对西方脱钩和去风险化，自己却打着“双循环”的旗号主动对美国和欧洲去风险化。“双循环”就是中国的脱钩政策。
